Am I eligible to receive my referral fee in the form of a gift card?
Unfortunately, referral fees for home sales, home rentals, and relocations are provided as a credit to your customer ledger. Please note that referral fees may be considered taxable income and you should consult further with an appropriate tax professional.
When will I receive my referral fee?
Subject to the general terms and conditions of our program, referral fees are paid out 30 days after the end of the month in which the eligible transaction closed.
Can I refer multiple members of the same household?
Yes. While you can refer multiple members of the same household, you will only be eligible for one referral fee per eligible transaction (i.e., home sale, home lease, or home relocation).
